Alexandra is a registered psychologist with 18 years of experience. She has worked in forensic, clinical and organisational areas of psychology and currently manages the largest Peer Support Program in Australasia.
Alexandra has previously managed an interdepartmental and inter-sectorial team and has a thorough understanding of the issues that impact on the health and safety of employees and organisations.
She has a proven record in providing services in both rural and metropolitan areas and across a number of age groups and demographics. Alexandra has also been deployed overseas to deliver assistance following a natural disaster.
Alexandra has extensive expertise in the development, implementation and evaluation of programs that build psychological health and resilience within large organisations. These programs improve the health and safety of employees and the organisation itself which results in a significant improvement in employee morale, workplace culture and productivity.
